With our increasing need to slit, cut, crease and fold jobs as a value-add service, we added the very fast Duplo DC-645 to our list of equipment. For certain envelopes, like Remittance Envelopes, the flap may require folding before you receive your order. Also, in the case of larger Tyvek or Paper Mailers or Jumbo Envelopes or Catalog Booklet Envelopes, some customers request that they be folded and then packed in smaller boxes. Bay State has invested in machinery and resources so that this is easily done and is very inexpensive. 

We own an MBO folding machine that is able to handle almost any size envelope or stationery products. The MBO air feed tabletop folder combines all the rugged reliability of the larger model Baum folders in a compact, convenient size. The MBO is ready to go to work for you anytime and anyplace you need it. It can easily handle coated stocks as well as high-speed copier and laser-printer stocks. Multiple air adjustments for feeding consistency on varying applications Baum tabletop folders have been the industry leaders for over a decade, and the new MBO is no exception. And it’s fast – over 35,000 8-1/2” x 11 sheets per hour! 

This one step shrink and seal system offers a 6-8 package per minute speed, and a packaging size up to 16.5" x 21.5" and up to 12" tall. It also has a magnetic hood hold-down that increases packaging speed and efficiency.

The simple and revolutionary one-step design allows a single operator to both seal and shrink packages quickly and neatly. The clear hood lets the operator visually observe the shrinking process to assure optimal results. The Dibipack 4255 M is a workhorse with wheels, which makes the shrink wrap process extremely transportable.
