Over the years, we have found that our Pre-Press services are one of the most valuable services that we can offer our customers. The earlier we are involved in the design, layout and formatting of your printing project, the better the result.

We can design new envelope layouts and prepare your existing envelopes and stationery for printing. If you prefer to design documents on your own, we can teach you how to do it better. If you need graphics works done from scratch, just contact us and see how we can help you.

Digital Design Tools:
We have the latest in PC software for digital design and layout. We have recently added Kodak Computer-To-Plate System that has no rival in our industry!

Scott inspects the new plate just minutes after the job is done. The time savings alone was worth the investment, but the quality and repeatability far surpass older methods..


This amazing small-footprint machine allows us to use an extensive range of plate sizes, which allows jobs to be done faster with 6-up sized. Exceptional imaging speeds of up to 21 plates per hour enable us to process jobs quickly with short lead times.

 


The high speed operation is accomplished by a sophisticated series of motors and rollers, making this a very fast machine with incredible reliability.

We also upgraded our PC network and have added image storage servers, desktops and workstations. We have the best tools for working with physical media as well, utilizing multiple Light tables and digital camera technology to create the Pre-Press setups for the print jobs.

Because of the investment we have made, it is easier to get your graphics files to us. We can accommodate almost any file type you can come up with and have proven this many times over the years!


Envelope Design:
Our design professionals can create your covers, displays, banners, and stationery. 


Preflighting:
Our prepress department thoroughly inspects your print job to make sure there won't be any problems when we send the job to the press. Some of the things we check are image resolution, fonts, CMYK images, bleeds, and PMS colors.
