One of the benefits of investing in our new Halm Ink Doser was that it would allow us to have better control over our custom ink inventory. Since we eliminated the need for a large Ink Storage Area and can rely on the Doser for exact and repeatable ink formulations, we have not only reduced the setup time for repeat jobs, but we can now create surplus formulations for resale to our customers and partners.

If we are printing envelopes, business stationery and padded mailers for a customer's project, and a different printer is responsible for the inserts or boxing material, Bay State can create the ink formulation for the other printer to use:

Bay State guarantees that their ink formulations will be exactly the same each time it is re-created, so customers should send their other printing partners to us for all their inks. This will guarantee that all logos, company colors and images will be identical, no matter what the printing schedule.

We will also hold surplus ink at our temperature-controlled and humidity-controlled warehouse and deliver it just-in-time for your next project.
